Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Canada Wide)

Job Summary:

Do you want to join a dynamic Customer Service team that promotes service excellence, strong teamwork, and a unique and fun work environment? We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls.

  • Respond to emails.

  • Assist with appointment bookings.

  • Assist with appointment reminders.

  • Respond to inquiries regarding appointment bookings.

  • Some outbound calling for follow-ups.

  • Diligently follow up on outstanding Customer related issues.

  • Maintain and achieve monthly goals set out by Customer Service Team Leader.

  • Deliver superior service and help create an exceptional experience for our Customers.

  • Education and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills Verbal and written.

  • High School diploma.

  • Minimum 3 years of previous customer service experience

 

Minimum Requirements:

Technical:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11, licensed and fully updated

  • Processor: 2.0 GHZ or higher, Celeron's and Pentium's only accepted with additional RAM or having an SSD*

  • CPU Cores: 2

  • Logical Processor Cores: 4

  • RAM:

   4.0 GB installed memory with an SSD
   8.0 GB installed memory with an HD

  • Storage: 10 GB free space  SSD required with a lower processor speed*

  • Headset: A wired headset is required. Bluetooth or other wireless headsets are not supported.


Internet Connection: Wireless internet connection secured by a password. (Not free public Wifi)    Ethernet cable preferred.


Internet Speed: 20 Mbps down, 1.5 Mbps up

MS Office: Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel in particular.

Non-Technical:

  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Superior Customer Service skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Must be a self-starter.

  • Strong reading and interpretation skills.

  • Must be analytical - be able to analyze various options and take appropriate action.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure/deadlines.

  • Must be honest and energetic.

  • Must be able to work within a team as well as independently

  • Quiet area to work that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Must be able to pass a background check
