Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Canada Wide)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls.

Respond to emails.
-
Assist with appointment bookings.
-
Assist with appointment reminders.
-
Respond to inquiries regarding appointment bookings.
-
Some outbound calling for follow-ups.
-
Diligently follow up on outstanding Customer related issues.
-
Maintain and achieve monthly goals set out by Customer Service Team Leader.

Deliver superior service and help create an exceptional experience for our Customers.

Education and Experience:
-
Excellent communication skills Verbal and written.
-
High School diploma.
-
Minimum 3 years of previous customer service experience
Minimum Requirements:
Technical:​

Operating System: Windows 10 or 11, licensed and fully updated

Processor: 2.0 GHZ or higher, Celeron's and Pentium's only accepted with additional RAM or having an SSD*

Headset: A wired headset is required. Bluetooth or other wireless headsets are not supported.
Internet Connection: Wireless internet connection secured by a password. (Not free public Wifi) Ethernet cable preferred.
Internet Speed: 20 Mbps down, 1.5 Mbps up
MS Office: Intermediate proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel in particular.
